Returns:
Upon returning, it is important for you to know that, we will gladly accept the return of an item, provided that it meets with all of the following conditions:
- Return request must be within 7 days upon reception date.
- The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
Defective & Incorrect Items:
If you received a defective item or an item which does not match your purchase, we will reimburse the full amount and we will pay for the shipping and return costs as soon as we verify the condition of the products.
Non-Defective items:
If you received your order correctly but would like to return the items, we will gladly accept giving that the items meet the conditions listed above & return costs will be deducted from the refund costs.
In both cases, you just need to inform us that you want to return the product by writing us an email at mesupport@sesderma.com and we will give you directions to carry out the refund.
Refunds:
We will refund any money received from you using the same method used to make payment in a period of between 3 and 15 working days from the date when your order arrived at our warehouse.
